Hoodia and Acai

Hoodia  Gordanii and the Acai Berry have been around for a long time but they are gaining popularity. I believe both have weight loss benefits. They are grown naturally from plants native to Africa and South American respectively.


I used Hoodia for a very successful diet which resulted in a 50 pound weight loss. It reduced my sense of hunger and that is one of the most critical elements of diet success. Having the self-control to follow a diet is much easier when you aren’t thinking about how much you want to eat.
